Vetting Process

To ensure all staff are of the highest quality they all go through screening and vetting in line with latest guidelines published by the British Standards Institute and specifically with BS7858 for security personnel screening and vetting.

At Alliance we understand the vital importance of compliance within the security industry and the repercussions of poor due diligence. All employs at Alliance undergoes the same rigorous vetting processes to ensure the team representing our clients are trusted and safe.

These checks include the following;

Identity Checks

  1. Right to work documents

  2. Identification check

  3. Current address verification

  4. Character references

  5. 5 year address history

Employment background

  1. 5 year employment/education history

  2. Gaps of more than 31 days. 

Criminal checks

  1. DBS Certificates

As well as this, all employees must undergo suitability questions and a formal interview to determine whether they meet the requirements at Alliance Services.
